General website terms
These are general website and service terms for UNRAVELED and The Chaos Audit™. They are provided for general information, not legal advice. By using this website or reserving a service, you agree to use the site and its materials responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.
Reserving the Chaos Audit
Payment reserves the Chaos Audit service at the stated price and begins the client intake and scheduling process. The service includes the deliverables described on the offer page, subject to the information you provide and reasonable collaboration during the engagement. Any work beyond that scope, including hands-on implementation, software setup, ongoing project management, or team training, requires a separate agreement.
Advisory work, not a guarantee
The Chaos Audit provides operational observations, priorities, and recommendations based on the information available. Outcomes depend on your team's implementation, decisions, resources, and circumstances. UNRAVELED does not guarantee specific revenue, savings, growth, performance, or other business results. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all business decisions and actions you take.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation
After purchase, we will ask you to complete intake information and request scheduling availability. Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. If you cancel or stop participating, contact us so we can discuss the service status and available next steps. These terms do not create a refund policy or promise a refund.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Once provided, you may use the client-specific Chaos Map™, roadmap, and related deliverables internally for your business. UNRAVELED retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, frameworks, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell, publish, or present those materials as your own without written permission.
